Board Change

James Fisher and Sons plc (FSJ.L) ("James Fisher" or the "Company"), the leading marine services provider, announces that Duncan Kennedy has informed the Company of his intention to step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director within the next twelve months. The Board has instigated a search for his successor and Duncan will remain in post until his successor commences to ensure an orderly handover.

Duncan Kennedy, Chief Financial Officer, said:

"I have enjoyed my time as CFO of James Fisher and am proud of the progress we have made in simplifying the business and reducing its debt. My best wishes for the future go to everyone at the Company."

This announcement is made pursuant to LR 9.6.11 of the Listing Rules. A further announcement will be made in respect of the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer in due course.

This announcement includes inside information as defined in Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation No. 596/2014. The person responsible for arranging the release of this announcement on behalf of James Fisher is Jean-François Bauer, Group General Counsel.

Information regarding the payments to be made to Duncan Kennedy in connection with him stepping down as Chief Financial Officer will be disclosed on the Company's website and in the Company's Directors' Remuneration Reports in accordance with the Company's statutory obligations.
