          James Fisher and Sons Public Limited Company ('the Company')


                               Additional Listing


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority
for 10,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading
pursuant to the exercise of share options.


Following the additional listing, the Company will have 49,600,275 Ordinary
Shares in issue.


Admission is expected to occur on 3 October 2007.
