Notice of Annual General Meeting and 2023 Annual Report

 

First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the award winning property fund manager and investor, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") at the Company's registered office, 32 St James's Street, London, SW1A 1HD at noon on Wednesday, 27 September 2023.

 

The meeting will be hosted via the online platform, Investor Meet Company. Registration is via  https://www.investormeetcompany.com/first-property-group-plc/register-investor. Once registered, invitations to the AGM and to future online meetings held on the platform will automatically be sent.

 

Shareholders are invited to submit questions in advance of the meeting via the Investor Meet Company platform up until 9.00 am the day before the meeting or to investor.relations@fprop.com. In addition, questions can be posted online during the meeting. However, shareholders will not be able to vote online during the meeting and are therefore urged to submit their votes via proxy as early as possible.

 

If any shareholders wish to attend in person, the Board kindly requests that they pre-register their intentions to attend by emailing the Company Secretary, Jill Aubrey, at jill.aubrey@fprop.com.
