Director's Shareholding

The Company received notification on 30 November 2000 that, earlier that day,
Mr. Alasdair Locke, Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 125,000 ordinary shares
at a price of 16p per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Locke is beneficially interested in 5,140,740
ordinary shares, representing 12.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
