Further to the suspension of its listing on 14 April 2000, Flare Group plc and
certain of its operating subsidiaries have been placed into Administration with
effect from 19 April 2000.
The Administrators, who can be contacted at the Flare Group Head Office,
Victoria Road, Fenton, Stoke on Trent, are:
Alan D Lewis and David K Duggins of Arthur Andersen, 1 Surrey Street, London
WC2.
