Notification of Major Interests in Shares

Filtronic Plc received a notification today from Prudential
Plc informing them that as a result of recent purchases, the
notifiable interest of Prudential Plc (together with the funds
that they manage on behalf of their clients) in the ordinary
share capital of the company is now 9,126,497 shares,
representing 12.62% of the issued ordinary share capital of
the company.
