Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

The Company was notified on 5 September 2000 that Mr Chris
Schofield, Executive Director and Company Secretary, and his
wife, Mrs Helen Schofield, sold in aggregate 5,000 ordinary
10p shares in the Company at £13.60 per share.  Helen
Schofield sold 4,500 shares and transferred 500 to Chris
Schofield who then sold 500 shares.  Following the sale Mr and
Mrs Schofield's total holding is 2,193 shares.
