Grant of Sharesave Options

The Company announces that pursuant to the Filtronic plc All Employee HMRC approved sharesave plan approved by shareholders on 19^th September 2008 ("the Sharesave plan") the following options over Filtronic plc ordinary shares were granted on 23 September 2010 with contract start date on 1^st November 2010.

The maturity date under this grant is 1^st November 2013.The option Price was £0.342. . The allocation of shares made available to all employees under this invitation under the Sharesave Plan did not exceed 0.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
