In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6,
Immedia would like to notify the market of the following:


Immedia's issued capital comprises 13,340,563 ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
All of these ordinary shares carry voting rights.


The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, Immedia Broadcasting plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
