Immedia's issued capital comprises 14,556,844 shares of common stock of par
value 10 p each. All of these ordinary shares carry voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, Immedia under the FSA's Disclosure
and  Transparency Rules.
