The Board of Immedia announces that Trevor N Brookes (known as Bruno Brookes)
Chief Executive Officer, purchased 70,000  ordinary shares in the Company at 14p
per share on 23 October 2006. Following this purchase Mr Brookes now holds 
2,047,620 shares representing 15.35% of the Company's issued share capital.

Furthermore, Charles Barker-Benfield, Finance Director, purchased 15,000
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 14p on 23 October 2006,
representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
