POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF AGM

FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international specialist services group with businesses in the Falkland Islands and UK, announces that its report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 will today be posted to shareholders of the Company and will be available for download from the Company's website at www.fihplc.com

FIH further announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on 28 September 2023 at the offices of WH Ireland, 24 Martin Lane, London, EC4R 0DR at 12.00 p.m.  The Notice of AGM to accompany the annual report will also be sent to shareholders and be made available on the Company's website today.
