DISCLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT

Mr Leonard Licht a Director of the Company today purchased 6250 ordinary shares
of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of £1.75 per share.  This takes his
total interest in the share capital of the Company to 1,191,250 shares
representing 19.4% of the issued share capital.  This total share includes
320,000 shares in the name of Wolanski & Co Trustees Limited.
