  The Ninth Floor plc ('Ninth Floor' or 'the Company')


The  6,200,000 new Ordinary Shares issued to the  Vendors
of    Farsight    Surveillance    Technologies    Limited
('Farsight') as part consideration for the acquisition of
Farsight  and the 60 per cent. interest in IO MM Software
Limited  by the Company, announced on 13 March 2000,  are
anticipated  to  commence trading on  Thursday  20  April
2000.

Listing  Particulars relating to the  issue  of  the  new
Ordinary  Shares  are  available  from  the  Company  and
available for inspection at the London Stock Exchange.
