The Company was today informed that Mr Neil McClure,
Chairman, had purchased on 20th July 2000, 200,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at 16p per share.  Mr McClure now
holds 1,300,000 ordinary shares representing 2.64 per cent.
of the Company's issued share capital.
