                            Director / PDMR Holding



The Company was notified today that Mr. David Anderson, Chairman of the Company,
has today acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 261.65
pence per share.


Following this transaction Mr. Anderson's holding has increased to 140,000
ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.07 per cent. of the
total voting rights of the Company.
