Developments plc has disposed of 4,500,000 ordinary shares in the capital of FBD
on 28th June 2006 and following this holds 8,531,948 ordinary shares.  The
shares disposed of represented 11.8 per cent of the issued share capital of FBD
prior to the disposal.
