The Company notifies that, in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Lonrho Plc has informed the Company that, as at 10 June 2013, Lonrho Plc's interest in the Company remains as 1,160,037,455 shares. As a result of recent equity issued, Lonrho Plc's percentage interest in the Company has been diluted to 47.53%.
