                          DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has received notification that, following a reinvestment of
dividend, Roger Davis, a director of the Company, acquired an additional 199
ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange
on 15 August 2007. The shares were acquired at a price of £5.71 per share. The
notification was received by the Company on 21 August 2007 and was made in
accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
