26 March 2010 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 25 March 2010, it received notification of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by a non-executive director of the Company.

On 25 March 2010, Mr David Tyler made an off-market transfer of 156,000 ordinary shares into the name of his spouse, for nil consideration.

The notification to the Company was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
