The eVestment Company PLC - Restructuring of Warrants.


'On 21 October 1999 The eVestment Company PLC ('eVestment') issued 800,000
ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at 2.5p per share and 3,200,000
warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at 2.5p per share at any time before
31 May 2004 ('Warrants'). Of these, 400,000 Ordinary Shares and 1,600,000
Warrants were issued to Christopher Roberts, the Executive Director of
eVestment, whose holding has now  increased to 800,100 Ordinary Shares and
3,200,000 Warrants.'
