Additional Listing
The Evolution Group Plc (the 'Company') has today applied for the listing on
AIM of 600,000 new ordinary shares which have been allotted following the
exercise of options under the Company's Evolution Acquisition Option Scheme.
Admission to AIM is expected to take place on 17 October 2001.
