Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company announces it was notified today that Michael Rosehill, a director of the Company, bought 14,362 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 91 pence per share on 13^th May 2014. Following this transaction Mr Rosehill's beneficial interest is now 153,116 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
