Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company today announces that it was notified by Paul Wise, Chairman of the Company, that on the 28^th May 2014 he bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 92 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Wise's beneficial interest is now 2,577,168 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.1 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
