     The  following  replaces  the Portfolio Update  announcement  made  on  3rd
     January  2008 at 4.17 p.m.  The largest holding of the Company as  at  31st
     December 2007 was Novo-Nordisk not Geophysique as previously stated.

     Jupiter  European Opportunities Trust PLC announces that, as  at  close  of
     business  on  31st  December  2007, its ten  largest  investments  were  as
     follows:
