Director/PDMR Shareholding

Jupiter Second Split Trust PLC (`the Company') received notification from Mr
Harry Hill, a director of the Company, that he has purchased 4,186 Geared Growth
shares today at 0.62p as part of a regular investment plan.  Following this
transaction Mr Hill holds a total of 518,049 Geared Growth shares and 11,749
Zero Dividend shares representing 0.28% of the total voting rights in the
Company.

There are 94,905,683 Geared Growth shares and 94,905,683 Zero Dividend
Preference shares in issue.  On a poll each Geared Income share carries one vote
and each Zero Dividend Preference share carries one vote.  The Packaged Units
consist of one Geared Income share and one Zero Dividend Preference share.
