Blocklisting application - correction

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 2,065,872 ordinary shares in registered form with a nominal value of €0.46 each pursuant to the general corporate purposes scheme.  The blocklisted shares will be issued to meet investor demand and for premium oversight.

The shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
