Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted UK, Ireland and West Africa focused oil and gas exploration, development, and production company, announces that Alastair Stuart, Chief Operating Officer, has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.175 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Stuart is beneficially interested in a total of 710,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.074% of the Company's issued share capital.
