As required by sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the
AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:



The Company was notified on 21 August 2003 that Gartmore Growth Opportunities
acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares on 8 August 2003 increasing their holding to
2,700,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.93 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
