Issue of Equity

The Company is pleased to announce that it has received notice that existing shareholders are to exercise 10,000,000 warrants over ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 1p per share (the "Warrant Shares"). These warrants (the "Warrants") were issued to shareholders pursuant to the fundraising in November 2010.

Application will be made for the Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 14 January 2011.

The total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including the Warrant Shares, will then be 593,345,785 Ordinary Shares.
