GRANT OF EXECUTIVE SHARE OPTIONS

Further to the announcement of 22 August 2000 in which the
Company announced the transfer to Mr RJG Jenkins of 43,333
Ordinary Shares in the Company by an entity in which Mr AH
Counsell has a beneficial interest, the price at which the
shares were transferred was 23p.
