             Notification of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')





The Company announces that the circular, dated 20 August 2007, convening the
Company's EGM relating to various proposals announced on 15 August 2007, is
today being sent to shareholders and is available to the public for inspection
at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf,
London E14 5HS and from the offices of Cenkos Securities plc, 6.7.8 Tokenhouse
Yard, London EC2R 7AS.



The EGM will be held at 9.00 a.m. on 19 September 2007 at Suite 4, Albert House,
South Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3TX.
