The Company was notified on 5 August 2005 by Commerzbank AG that as of close of
business on 2 August 2005 they had an interest in 4,719,112 Ordinary Shares
representing 3.67 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.


The Company was further notified on 5 August 2005 that Commerzbank AG no longer
have a disclosable interest in the issued ordinary 5p share capital of the
Company.


In addition, the Company was notified on 5 August 2005 by Cantor Fitzgerald
Europe that they have an interest in 5,399,046 Ordinary Shares representing 4.20
per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.


In addition, the Company was notified on 5 August 2005 by Man Financial Limited
that they have an interest in 5,888,800 Ordinary Shares representing 4.58 per
cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
