The Company was notified on 11 May 2005 by Fidelity Investments Limited and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries, that they have an interest in 3,867,485 of the
Company's ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 3.00 per cent. of
the issued Ordinary Share capital.


In addition, the Company was notified on 11 May 2005 by The Bank of New York
Limited, Luxembourg Branch, that following a purchase of  Ordinary  Shares, they
have an interest in 3,994,410  Ordinary Shares representing 3.10 per cent. of
the issued Ordinary Share capital.
