The Company was notified on 27 September 2004 that various Directors of the
Company, had today purchased a total of 111,472 ordinary 5p shares of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 340 pence per share. Details
of the purchases and the current beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares of the
