Changes in share options following rights issue.

Expro International Group PLC ("Expro") today announces that, in accordance with
the rules of the various option schemes and, following approval by the Inland
Revenue and the Remuneration Committee, the potential grants and the options
price have been adjusted to reflect the dilution of the recent rights issue.

The following table identifies the directors and PDMR's and the revised number
of options and options price for each individual by scheme.
