The Company was notified today by JP Morgan Securities Ltd, on behalf of JP
Morgan Fleming Mercantile Trust Plc ('JPMFMIT'), that as a result of a sale
totalling 250,000 ordinary shares in Egdon Resources, JPMFMIT now has a material
interest in 3,370,537 ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately
6.53 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
