following recent purchases by its subsidiary JPMorgan Fleming Mercantile
Investment Trust Plc, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. holds 5,159,000 shares in the
Company, representing 10.0% of the shares in issue.



Within this holding, JPMorgan Fleming Mercantile Investment Trust Plc holds
4,875,907 shares in the Company, representing 9.45% of the shares in issue.
