Anglo Pacific Group plc ('the Company') announces that, effective 16th July
2007, it has disposed of its 8.33% stake in OmegaCorp Limited (listed on the
Australian Stock Exchange, symbol OMC) in exchange for cash as a result of a
takeover bid by Denison Mines Corp.
