Exercise of Warrants

Pursuant to a warrant exchange agreement dated 2 November 2005 Cargill Inc was granted a warrant entitling it to subscribe for 3,248,720 new ordinary shares of €0.0025 each in the capital of the Company at a subscription price of US$1.1543 per share. The warrant became exercisable on 31 August 2006 and would have expired on 17 August 2008.

The Company has received notice from Cargill Inc to exercise the warrant.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 3,248,720 new ordinary shares of €0.0025 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM, where they will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares.

Following admission the Company will have 116,397,565 ordinary shares of €0.0025 each in issue.

The net proceeds of the issuance for the Company is US$3,749,997.50.
