The  Board  of  Lawrence  was informed on 8 February  2007  in  accordance  with
sections  198  to  202  of  the Companies Act 1985 (as  amended),  that  Artemis
Investment  Management Limited and certain of its clients,  have  a  holding  of
1,246,174  ordinary  shares  representing  approximately  4  per  cent.  of  the
Company's issued share capital.
