The  Board  of  Lawrence  was informed on 02 January  2007  in  accordance  with
sections  198  to  202  of  the Companies Act 1985 (as  amended),  that  Artemis
Investment  Management Limited on behalf of certain of its direct  and  indirect
subsidiaries,  collectively and non-beneficially have  a  holding  of  1,097,774
ordinary  shares  representing approximately 3.52 per  cent.  of  the  Company's
issued share capital.
