Holding in Company
The Board of Lawrence was informed yesterday in accordance with sections 198 to
202 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that Artemis Fund Managers, as a
result of certain sales, now has a holding of 1,055,000 ordinary shares
representing approximately 3.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
