                               Additional Listing

The  Board has been notified today that certain of the Company's employees  have
acquired in total 90,680 Lawrence ordinary shares as a result of the exercise of
options over the following:

10,200 ordinary shares at a price of 125p per share granted on 16 October 1998

63,960 ordinary shares at a price of 132p per share granted on 11 October 1999

16,520 ordinary shares at a price of 92p per share granted on 4 October 2001

Accordingly,  application has been made for 90,680 new  ordinary  shares  to  be
admitted  to trading on the Alternative Investment Market on Monday  11  October
2004.

Following this, the number of shares in issue will be 26,980,407.
