                               Holding in Company

The Company was notified today by Gartmore Investment Management plc of an
interest in 35,460,798 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares"). This represents 13.02 per cent of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital.

Of the holding set out above, Gartmore Investment Limited ("GIL"), Gartmore Fund
Managers Limited ("GFM") and Gartmore Global Partners ("GGP") have increased
their reportable interest in the Company, due to the purchase of 4,213,675
Ordinary Shares on 31 January 2006.
