Update on Go Fly integration

easyJet PLC 16 December 2002 Monday 16th December 2002 Further substantial progress in merger with Go easyJet and Go are now selling seats from a single reservations system utilising the easyJet yield management system. The move took place on Saturday 14th December and means that the entire booking process for flights on both easyJet and Go can now be completed through easyJet.com or from a single telephone sales number (0870 6000000). The adoption of the easyJet brand represents the second major milestone on the road to the full integration of easyJet and Go and follows the announcement, on 10th December 2002, that the two airlines are now operating under a single Air Operators Certificate. It is expected that the third and final substantial milestone - full integration of the two airlines - will be completed in mid-2003. Ray Webster, easyJet Chief Executive, said: 'Once again, we are announcing that the progress being made on the integration of easyJet and Go is going much better than we had expected and means that for bookings made for travel from late-March we are, to all intents and purposes, acting as one airline. 'It was absolutely critical that we moved to a single reservations system at this time as we wanted to be in a position to start selling seats for the Summer flying period before Christmas and it made most logical sense to do this from one booking system - not two.' Notes Bookings made for easyJet and Go flights are now subject to common terms and conditions. Flights booked before 14th December will be subject to the terms and conditions made at the time of booking. Customers can see full terms and conditions at easyJet.com.
