Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, and
further to the Company's announcement  made on 19 December 2006, the Company's
issued share capital now consists of 414,956,394 ordinary shares with a nominal 
value of 0.25 pence each, with voting rights.

The increase results from the issue of shares to meet the exercise of options
under the Company's employee share option  schemes.

No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 414,956,394.

The above figure of 414,956,394 shares may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which  they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, easyJet
plc  under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
