Interest in shares


The Company on 11 July 2006, received notice pursuant to sections 198- 202 of
the Companies Act 1985, that Standard Life Investments on behalf of Standard
Life Group acquired 1,814,716 of the Company's shares on 10 July 2006.


This acquisition increased the total held as a notifiable interest (including
material and non material interests) to 45,621,960 shares. This amounts to
approximately 11.169% of the issued share capital of the Company.
