                            Interest in shares


The Company on 11 September 2006, received notice pursuant to sections 198- 202
of the Companies Act 1985 that on 8 September 2006, Standard Life Investments on
behalf of Standard Life Group acquired 308,170 shares of the Company.

This increased the total number of shares held in the Company as  material
interest to 24,726,718. This amounts to approximately 6.026% of the issued share
capital of the Company.

The Company also received notice on 11 September 2006, that Standard Life
Investments on behalf of Standard Life Group, acquired on 8 September 2006,
328,716 shares of the Company.

This increased the total number of shares held in the Company as a
notifiable interest (including material and non material interest) to
41,022,249 shares of the Company. This amounts to approximately 10% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
