Ray Webster, easyJet Chief Executive, said:

'Passenger numbers rose by a satisfactory 16.3% in February, and load factors
were ahead of the 12-month rolling average. It should be noted that the load
factor for February 2004 was unusually high.

'New routes have been announced to Asturias, Grenoble and Maastricht-Aachen. An
expansion of our Berlin base is planned with routes to the convenient airports
of London Gatwick, Milan and Rome. In less than 12 months from start-up, easyJet
has become the largest low-cost carrier operating from Berlin with 27 routes and
we expect to carry over 3 million passengers to and from the German capital in
2005.'

entitled to change flights or seek a refund. Earned seats also include seats

available for passengers. No weighting of the load factor is carried out to
recognise the effect of varying flight (or 'stage') lengths.

3. Represents unaudited statutory revenue, which includes the invoiced value of
airline and ancillary services, net of passenger taxes and discounts.
